Founded by a nurse, built for the people who deliver care
MyNursePal, Inc. is a health tech startup founded in 2025 to address burnout and turnover in healthcare. We are headquartered in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, with a development team in Ghana and Nigeria.
Our work is grounded in a simple observation: care teams are the constant across every care setting, yet the systems they work in were never designed around how care actually happens. We started by building a mobile app to support nurses through their shift. As the workforce told us what they needed, the scope grew.
Today we build two connected products. MyNursePal, the mobile app for healthcare professionals and everyday users. MyNursePal Pro, an adaptive care delivery platform for solo practitioners and organizations including hospitals, clinics, and home care agencies.
